¡Qué rico! South American food takes over the Nova Bar & Kitchen! One night only! Join us in the Nova Bar + Kitchen for a fantastic degustation prepared by Matt Waldron, owner and chef at Lulo, Hawthorn. Every two months we pull out all stops for a night and invite one of our favourite chefs to run the kitchen and surprise us with a degustation offering. We match the food with favourite aged wines from our cellars. We've already had sold out dinners helmed by Andreas Papadakis (Osteria Ilaria and Tipo00) and Peter Gunn (Ides). In July, join chef Matt Waldron of Lulo of Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn. He's inventive, adventurous and playful with his Latin dishes, inspired by his own travels in Spain and South America. Lulo has been an outpost of modern gastronomy since the early 2000s and his molés, mojos and salsas are half traditional and half a product of his extraordinary culinary imagination. Visiting the Nova Bar & Kitchen for one night only, Matt's dishes will be available with a selection of South American and aged Australian wines, or diners can select from our own selection. Degustation only (includes welcoming Passionfruit Pisco Sour cocktail): $65.
