Directed by Emily Burns and filmed live at Wyndham’s Theatre in London’s West End, this hilarious new production brings the eccentric Bliss family to the big screen. Retired actress Judith Bliss misses the applause. With her family too self-absorbed to provide a suitable audience, she invites a young admirer to their country home for the weekend. Unbeknownst to her, each member of the family has invited a guest of their own, setting the stage for a gloriously chaotic gathering.
